No Return Policy

Medicines once sold will not be taken back under any circumstances due to safety, hygiene, and regulatory reasons.

Exchange Policy for Damaged Products

Only damaged or defective medicines/products will be eligible for exchange.

The customer must inform us about the damage within 24 hours of delivery with proper proof (photo/video).

Replacement will be provided for the same product only.

Non-Transferable

Exchanges are allowed only for the original purchaser and cannot be transferred.

Final Decision

Dr. Upadhyay Clinics Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to verify the claim and take the final decision regarding the exchange.
